Ugh, first journal entry and it's not a prettyone. I woke up this morning and decided I wanted some nice steak for breakfast. I opened the pack I bought yesterday, the meat looked to have some gray spots on it, so I sniffed it but couldn't really smell anything. I went by the "if it dosent' smell it's ok" rule since I don't like to waste food.

I cooked it, the cooked version of the meat smelled a little, but I figured it was the seasoning I put on it. So I take a few bites. About the time I reach the center I realise it tastes funny right there. I feel my stomach turning and discover the meat was bad. >< Ugh... today is gonna be fun!

What should I do to make sure I don't get terribly sick?
